#JewishHistoryMonth

What is Jewish History Month?

Jewish History Month was created to foster understanding and appreciation of Jewish heritage and traditions.
We invite people, from all walks of life, to get involved.

What?

Jewish History Month takes place every October to celebrate and share Jewish and Israeli culture.

It’s about fostering understanding, appreciation, and connection to Jewish heritage – for everyone.

Why

We aim to break stereotypes and fight misinformation about Jewish people, culture, and history.

After October 7, launched as an initiative  to respond to Jewish pride, education, and visibility.

when

#EveryOctober- a time of renewal, reflection, and unity.

Tammuz, the tenth month of the Hebrew calendar, is also a period of mourning and remembrance – themes that resonate deeply during Jewish History Month.

A grassroots initiative. Private. Independent.

It is independent, with no political backing or agenda -just a collective desire to raise awareness, connect people, and spark meaningful conversations.
